  4. Telephone number (if any)
  5. Precise location of the complaint
  6. Clear details of the complaint
  7. Date
  8. Complaints about areas under the Manjung Municipal Council's jurisdiction
  9. Complaints relating to members and internal departments of Manjung Municipal Council
  10. Complaints based on sound reasons.
