Function

  1. Processing building plan approvals.
  2. Processing infrastructure plan approval.
  3. Process and issue temporary permits.
  4. Perform Tasks – Enforcement task on project developments.
  5. Examine the building for the issuance of the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation and confirm the issuance of Form G17.
  6. Processing Advanced Approval Application for Building Plan Period.

"STRIVES TO CONTROL THE BUILDING OF THE BUILDING IN THE COUNCIL AREA ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS AND POLICY OF THE COUNCIL".

 
1.  Comment on the plan application within fifteen (15) days, working day
for application for:-
        i.   Housing / Commercial / Industrial housing including Infrastructure Plans-
            Roads and Drainage and Land Work.
       ii. Telecommunication Buildings and Structures.
      iii.  Institution / House of Worship / Medical Center..
      iv.  Temporary Buildings.
       v. Amendments to the plan pass / existing building for the category i - iv.
 
2.   Provide comment on plan applications within seven (7) days, working days
for application for: -
        i.  Individual Residential Home.
       ii.  Shop House/ Individual Office Shop.
 
3.  Comment on the application of the Amendment Plan to the Plan
Passed / Existing Buildings (other than category 1 i-v) within five (5) days, working day from date of receipt of application.
 
4.   Processing and giving decisions  instant on application plan for additional awning and fencing as well as small work of the building​ which complies with all
      need legislation that set.

5.   Issuing the Certificate of Qualification Occupy building within the period  four (4) days,
      working days from the date the complete application is received.
 
6.   Issue temporary permit with instant from the date the application is received on the road reserve for;
      a)  Works involving the construction of new buildings such as building materials,
store materials, installation of 'hording' and so on;
      b) Installation of camp tent (does not involve any business activity);
            
7.   Issue a certificate of return of the security deposit to the Treasury Department within two (2) days, working days from the date the application is received.
 

8.   Taking action of complaint within the period ten (10) days, working days from the date of receipt.
