Function
  1. Manage and coordinate the appointment of new members of retirement members and those who will be terminated.
  2. Manage, provide and update the records of services, data, personnel, retirement, leave and others relating to the establishment.
  3. Coordinate affairs of the Council.
  4. Secretariat to Full Meetings, Committee Meetings and Meetings of members of the Council.
  5. Manage Purchase of office equipment such as furniture, stationery and so on.
  6. Manage office vehicle purchases and coordinate department vehicle movements.
  7. Distribute letters received / reviewed by the Secretary / President to departments within one (1) day.
Charter Customer
  • Coordinate and ensure the appointment of new members, retirement members as well as those who will be terminated.
  • Ensure that this Department manages, prepares and updates records of services, data, personnel, retirement, leave and others related to the establishment.
  • Meeting the Full Meeting, Committee Meeting and meeting of Council members.
  • Coordinate and implement Council's legal and regulatory actions.
  • Ensure every purchase of office vehicles managed by this department is approved.
  • Ensure that this department processes the contractual extension of a member's contract within one (1) month from the date of approval of the Appointment Meeting.
  • Ensure that the Management Services Department submits a one-month Change Report member from the date of salary increase to the Treasury Department.
  • Approve application for Head of Departments Department 3 days from date of application for leave received.
